If completely cancelling, you may be refunded completely as long as its 72 hrs before your check-in time. 

Refunds are case by case for anything between 72 hrs prior and check-in time of the party.

Parties can be rescheduled up to 3 hrs before check-in time with no penalty.

Additional guests that want to use the attractions within the park are an additional $20 each. The minimum amount of guests for any birthday party put on by Activate is 10 guests.

No. Party package totals are only for guests that want to use the attractions. We encourage everyone to spend time with our guest of honor whether you’re out on the floor or sitting on the sidelines!

Yes. Birthday guests are included in the party size count. Parents of our guests of honor are not included in this count.

Yes. Activate has a 10 Jumper and a 15 Jumper party packages that DO NOT include rooms. In addition we have Deluxe packages that DO include the party room!

We currently allow all guests to bring in cakes, ice cream, bottled water, and fruit and veggie trays. For the safety of others, we cannot accept additional outside food options. We also ask that you do your best to avoid anything containing peanuts/peanut oil.

No alcohol is permitted on the premises. Failure to comply with this will result in a removal from the facility and possible ban.

Due to the high demand for parties, we cannot provide more party time. Activate is a busy park, and many others are looking to celebrate the day as well. We will work with you to help accommodate to the best of our abilities if needed however.

You can spend as much time within the park during your event as you’d like, through the 2 hour booking. Additional time considerations will be handled on case by case basis.

At this time we provide table cloths and balloons for party décor.  You are more than welcome to bring in your own party décor, which includes plates, cups, napkins, utensils, hats, posters/banners and more. Please contact us for specific requests and inquiries.

You have the option to choose between cheese, pepperoni, sausage, and combination pizzas.

Pitchers can be filled with anything from our fountain which consists of Coke products. Coke, Diet Coke, Dr. Pepper, Sprite, Barqs Root Beer, Lemonade, and Hi-C Fruit Punch. We also offer Capri Sun boxes as an alternative.

There is no age limit to celebrate a birthday with us! We do suggest that all guests at least be able to jump on the trampolines to ensure fun!

At this time we do not offer cake services.
